German Business Delegation Trip to Malaysia
Meet German companies from the waste management & recycling sector
We cordially invite you to join us for an initiative supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK):
As part of a bilateral business trip to Malaysia, a delegation of eleven German companies specializing in high-quality and innovative technologies, products, and services within the waste management & recycling industry, as well as related sectors, will be visiting Kuala Lumpur in October 2023.
The aim of this visit is to establish new collaborations and partnerships between Malaysian and German companies. The German companies will bring their expertise and offerings to the Malaysian market, presenting opportunities for mutual growth and advancement.
The program encompasses a one-day presentation and networking conference featuring expert lectures and pitch presentations that will showcase Germany’s expertise, innovations, and technologies.
Malaysian companies, industry representatives, and government officials are invited to attend the conference, scheduled for Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, in Kuala Lumpur. This event presents an excellent opportunity to explore potential areas of cooperation and exchange valuable information and knowledge between Malaysian and German counterparts.
We also invite you to participate in individual B2B meetings with German companies in Kuala Lumpur from Tuesday, 24th to Friday, 27th October 2023. The meetings can be held either at a central location or directly at your company’s premises.

The project is carried out by SBS systems for business solutions GmbH in cooperation with the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Malaysia) under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The event is completely free of charge as it is funded by the German Ministry.

The Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) is Germany’s official representative for industry and trade in Malaysia, and has been active in Malaysia since 1991, successfully fulfilling our role as service provider, membership organization and voice of the German industry in the country. MGCC currently has ca. 400 member companies. MGCC is part of the German Chambers network under the umbrella organization of the Association of the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). The network of the German Chambers is the most important partner for the promotion of foreign trade. Together with German diplomatic representations (embassies and consulates), they represent the interests of the German economy in the host country. This function commits the German Chambers to neutrality and objectivity.
