General information

Company profile	KEWAZO has been founded in 2018 by six graduates from Technical University Munich in order to introduce robotics to the construction site. The company quickly identified the lack of labour, safety challenges and high man hour cost of trades such as scaffolding to be the first focus for robotic lifting technologies. Additional value is delivered to customers by collecting and processing data about transported materials. Currently, KEWAZO is active in Europe and North America and our existing customers include scaffolding companies focusing on residential and commercial construction, shipyards and shipbuilding and industrial service providers / scaffolding companies focusing on scaffolding services in industrial plants. The current revenue of KEWAZO is about 1 Million EUR. The team consists most of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and service people, but also software engineers and business experts. The number of employees is currently 39.
Products & Services	We are producing robotic material transport lifts that collect, analyse and portray data and the training, integration and maintenance services such that the lifts are in use as much as possible.
References and export activities	KEWAZO has successfully sold robots and services to some of the biggest industrial service providers worldwide, such as Altrad and Bilfinger in multiple countries and has successfully deployed LIFTBOT to multiple different industrial sites, shipyards and construction sites. KEWAZO is backed by renowned silicon valley investors and covered by multiple industry focused focused magazines and publications such as Scaffmag.
Target group	We are focusing on industrial service providers active in industrial plants and shipyards and scaffolding companies active in construction markets. Most customers are internationally acting companies that deliver scaffolding services to a number of jobsites. Our customers team mostly consists of construction managers with experience on construction processes and scaffolders building the scaffolds.
Competitive advantages	Our lifts are battery powered, lightweight, easy and quick to deploy and take from one location to another and deliver data about the material transport process. Furthermore, we are able to assist our customers with strong training, integration, consulting and maintenance services such that the robotic lifts can be used as much as possible.
Ideal Business Partners	A company that delivers scaffolding services to industrial plants, shipyards, construction sites etc. Ideally the company would have several scaffolding projects higher than a three level building per year since our robotic lifts show the strongest value in such projects. For new application cases, we can also connect to companies transporting other materials on job sites.
