At its headquarters in Zweibrücken, SIEMPELKAMP company operates one of the world‘s largest research and development center for size reduction technology as well as a training and service center. A large number of test machines are available for the preparation of various raw materials including subsequent laboratory analysis on individual scale.
Products & Services	SRS offers knife mills type PS for the size reduction of production waste plastics, previously used plastics or rubber bales into granules of the desired size and shape. Fine grinding installations, pulverizers and disc mills type PKM of PLM from SRS grind plastic granules or pre‑shredded plastics into a plastic powder of highest quality, excellent flowability and a high bulk density. For processing thermoplastic waste SRS offers the Plast-Agglomerator type PFV. Through this special processing method, lightweight materials such as fibers, foam, films, dust, etc. can be densified into a free-flowing granulate with a high bulk density. Our worldwide presence is ensured by our own service center, which supplies customers with wear parts and supports the training of their operating personnel. In case of a machine downtime or maintenance work, our experienced service technicians can quickly solve the problems at the site.
