Company profile	The PCM RAILONE Group has been manufacturing concrete ties and track systems for urban transit and long-distance rail transportation for over 60 years. As a technology leader, we also offer our expertise in the fields of engineering and plant construction. The PCM RAILONE Group is comprised of several companies and eleven core production facilities with a presence in Germany, Saudi Arabia, Spain, South Korea, Hungary, Turkey, the United States, Canada and India and has over 650 employees around the world. The Group maintains annual capacities of over 5 million track ties and 930.000 linear meter of turnout sleepers.
Products & Services	RAILONE develops tailor-made solutions that are designed for the highest speeds, maximum utilization and heavy track loads. RAILONE`s portfolio includes concrete and turnout ties, as well as advanced ballastless track systems. The flagship RHEDA 2000© system integrates ties into a monolithic concrete slab, offering high durability, low maintenance, and suitability for high-speed, heavy-haul, and tunnel applications. The RHEDA City track system is designed for the challenges of urban transit, and is especially effective in applications for trams systems, metro and commuter train lines, making it ideal for metropolitan areas.
References and export activities	As a Q1 supplier to Deutsche Bahn, RAILONE meets the highest quality standardsin its core market Germany. With more than eleven plants worldwide, RAILONE has a production capacity of over five million ties annually. In the recent 7 years, RAILONE has provided ties to major projects such as the UP heavy-haul tie contract and major rail infrastructure projects in Canada (REM, Montreal and Toronto).
Target group	The RAILONE Group is preparing to enter various Latin American markets in different partnership models, usually by establishing Joint Ventures. We are looking for cooperations with local partners in order to set-up a sleeper manufacturing plants for mainline ties and also for RHEDA slab track solutions.
