| Products & Services | With the modular montrac® monorail transport system, production processes between robots and workstations can be linked more flexibly than ever before. We call this “process interlinking”. Customers can drive the automation of complete production lines – from batch size one to high-volume production.
montrac® shuttles are the core component of the montrac® system and are intelligent conveyor vehicles with one or two axes and an integrated power supply (on-board power supply). The shuttles move self-centered on the monorail and have a highly developed sensor system that prevents collisions with other shuttles or obstacles. They are driven by a low-maintenance, low-voltage motor in the shuttle axis. Individual customer requirements can be optimally met by pre-configuring the speed parameters.
