We manufacture prototypes as well as series production parts. We also sell Machines and offer Engineering Services to our customers enabling them to take full advantage of our technology Micro Laser Sintering (MLS).
MLS is a Laser Powder Bed Fusion technology that combines the advantages of Additive Manufacturing and Micro Manufacturing. MLS provides an unrivaled part quality level in terms of detail resolution, accuracy, surface roughness and complexity without adding extra costs. A perfect example is our ability to print fully functional assemblies like moveable forceps or complete gear drives for Surgical Devices in one part.
We deliver several thousand series parts monthly to globally acting Medical Enterprises, processing materials like 316-L, 17-4 PH and Titanium grades. 3DMP is ISO 9001 certified and will finish the ISO 13485 certification in 2022.
