BAG Diagnostics is a dynamic, modern, traditional family business. We cover the complete know-how from development to production ourselves and are proud to be able to offer our products “Made in Germany”.
In addition to products for transfusion diagnostics, human genetics and infectiology, BAG Diagnostics primarily develops test systems and reagents for the immunological typing of organ donors in its own laboratories. Because with their help, any transplant rejection of the immune system in organ donation can be predicted and avoided.
With an export rate of around 65%, we have grown into an international player and will continue to expand.

| Products & Services | BAG Diagnostics primarily develops test systems and reagents for immunological transplantation diagnostics (HLA testing) in its own laboratories. With their help, a possible transplant rejection by the immune system can be predicted and avoided.
We have developed and market a very comprehensive product portfolio for HLA testing for solid organ transplantation.
This portfolio includes three main product areas:
1) real time PCR HLA typing: We have developed an innovative solution for simple and fast HLA typing together with a simple and safe analysis software on a real-time PCR platform.
2) HLA-Antibody Diagnostics. We are the only company on the market that can offer an automated platform for HLA antibody detection
3) and HLA-SSO typing.
Our new flagship is the HLA antibody detection platform for reliable testing and monitoring of HLA antibodies – for pre- and post-transplantation.
