Company profile | We’re a small startup company based in Baden-Baden, Germany. The company was founded in 2016 to optimize and digitalize the personnel planning in the event sector. Our mission is to save our customers a lot of time when organizing their workforce for their events.

Products & Services | Our main product is our cloud based software solution CrewBrain which offers various options for staff planning especially for the event industry, but also for other industries like security companies or sport clubs. CrewBrain can be used to organize the workforce but to also keep track of working hours, travel expenses and much more. Beside this we’re also offering consulting and trainings for our customers.

References and export activities | CrewBrain is currently used in 13 countries all over Europe and the European Economic Area. Our solution is currently available in five languages including German, English, French, Spanish and Icelandic.

Target group | Our main target group are small and medium sized companies in the event sector that are working as technical suppliers, booking agencies or service or staff providers.
