Company profile	CG TEC is an engineering and manufacturing partner for lightweight composite structures made from CFRP and GFRP. We support companies in robotics, UAV and medical technology in developing high-performance structural components – from concept and design to prototyping and small series production. Our focus is on solving structural challenges where conventional materials reach their limits: reducing weight, increasing stiffness and accelerating development cycles. We design and manufacture tubes, profiles and complex composite components, as well as complete assemblies and integrated systems. Products & Services	We design and manufacture lightweight composite structures using CFRP and GFRP for demanding applications in robotics, UAV and medical technology. Our services cover the full development process: concept and design, structural optimization, prototyping, functional validation and small series production. We develop tubes, profiles, plates and complex composite components, as well as complete assemblies and integrated structural systems. Typical applications include lightweight robot arms, end-of-arm tooling, UAV frames and booms, radiolucent medical components, and custom structural solutions where weight, stiffness and precision are critical. By combining engineering and manufacturing in-house, we enable fast iterations, reduced development time and efficient transition from prototype to production.
