Our company, located in Weselberg, RhinelandPalatinate, specializes in the production of unidirectional thermoplastic prepregs, known as UD tapes, in small and large series. Products & Services	A+ Composites offers extensive flexibility in UD tape manufacturing, with experience in producing more than 250 different variants. This breadth of expertise allows us to tailor material combinations and tape dimensions to the specific requirements of each application. Our material portfolio includes carbon, glass, and aramid fibers, combined with thermoplastic matrices such as PE, PP, PA6, PPS, and low-melt polyaryletherketone (LM PAEK), amongothers. In addition to selecting the fiber and matrix materials, we can adjust the fiber-to-polymer ratio, tape thickness, width, and other application-specific characteristics. Through close technical consultation, we work with our customers to understand their specifications and identify suitable material configurations. We place particular importance on clearly defined requirements, careful coordination and continuous improvement. We build long-term technical partnerships and develop custom UD tape solutions together with our customers.
