Company profile	Ailoys is a Berlin-based industrial AI company building the intelligence layer for manufacturing. Founded in 2024, the company addresses a fundamental gap in industrial production: modern manufacturing systems can monitor machines and processes, but remain blind to material behaviour during production. As a result, many quality deviations and defects are only discovered after production, when the damage is already done. Ailoys’ solution combines physics-based acoustic emission sensing and machine learning to enable machines to understand material behaviour, optimise their own processes, and continuously improve manufacturing performance. Rather than requiring new machinery or large infrastructure projects, the platform retrofits existing industrial equipment, helping manufacturers unlock autonomous production without replacing their existing assets. In 2026 Ailoys was recognised with 2nd place at the Deep Tech Award Berlin in the Advanced Manufacturing category.
Products & Services	Ailoys provides an Industrial AI platform that retrofits existing manufacturing equipment through a plug-and-play Edge AI device. No new machines are required and no capital expenditure is needed. The system is material-agnostic, attaches to any existing machine (CNC machining, welding, wire drawing, tube manufacturing etc.) and captures the real-time state of the material and process. This creates a living digital twin that enables autonomous process optimisation, early deviation prediction, actionable recommendations for operators and a complete digital passport of every produced part. All inference runs on-device, with no cloud dependency.
