Meet German companies from the healthcare industry: Focus on medical technology & e-health
The German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Action (BMWK) is supporting a delegation of leading German companies specializing in innovative healthcare technology. As part of its export promotion program, the delegation will embark on a business trip to Romania and Moldova. During this trip, they will engage with local companies, hospital facilities, and institutions interested in their cutting-edge products and services.
The aim is to establish new collaborations and partnerships with interested Romanian and Moldovan counterparts, as well as to promote new business partnerships strengthening German-Romanian-Moldovan trade, as well as to provide for an exchange of information and showcase the innovative solutions of the German industry.
The project is carried out by SBS systems for business solutions in cooperation with Smart Health Cluster under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The trip will take place from the 7th until the 11th October 2024 in Cluj Napoca, Bucharest, and Chisinau. The event is free of charge since it is funded by the German Ministry, but subject to prior registration.
The business delegation trip program includes a one-day presentation and networking conference with expert lectures (pitch presentations) showcasing expertise, innovations and products from Germany.
Romanian and Moldovan companies, industry representatives, and government officials are invited to attend the presentation and networking conference on Tuesday, 8th October 2024 in Bucharest. This event offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the German industry, connect with the delegation participants, and explore potential areas of cooperation.

Local Partner
The Smart Health Cluster Association was established in February 2020 through the efforts of a statewide coalition. The main goal is to identify, develop, and implement information technology solutions to rapidly optimize the Romanian healthcare system.
