Company profile	Orcan Energy AG is developing turn-key energy efficiency solutions for the conversion of excess heat into clean and cheap baseload electricity. Orcan Energy’s solutions enable companies in various industries such as cement, metals, automotive, and others, to reduce CO2 emissions and cut costs at the same time. Orcan Energy’s core products are modular, containerized power plants based on Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. Designed as plug-and-play systems, they use waste heat from various streams (gaseous, liquid or steam) that are currently either vented or actively cooled using air or water. Orcan Energy’s technology ensures high reliability, ease of installation, and minimal maintenance. The modular approach enables rapid scalability and keeps costs low. To date, more than 600 energy modules from Orcan Energy are already in use worldwide with more than 7,000,000 operating hours, directly contributing to the energy transition.
Products & Services	Orcan Energy offers comprehensive turnkey solutions for converting waste heat into electricity for various industries. We have built up a team of experts from all specialist areas who can carry out your project from engineering and procurement to installation. Our modular and standardised ORC power plants, which we manufacture in our own production facility, form the heart of these complete solutions. We procure the components necessary for integration, such as heat exchangers, pipes, steel structures and electrical integration, from renowned partners who are well established in the market. Our customers benefit from only needing a single point of contact, as we coordinate all interfaces and third-party providers. By carrying out the basic engineering work in-house, we are able to provide highly accurate project costs at a very early stage of the project, enabling the final investment decision to be made and reducing the cost risk for our customers.
References and export activities	Today, more than 600 Orcan Energy energy modules are already in use worldwide, with more than seven million operating hours. Our references include different industries, such as industries like cement, metal, recycling, glass or power production with gas, diesel or biogas engines or geothermal projects. We are active in Europe, Northamerica and Asia.
