| Company profile | vombaur produces narrow textiles for composites of all sorts of fibres. Our company has been founded in 1805. Starting with ribbons for hats in the 1960s the focus was changed on technical textiles. Nowadays we produce customized narrow textiles for almost every application. One of our target areas is the production of intermediates for the composite industry. We serve customers in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, mobility, sports & leisure, medical.
With our 90 employees we have relocated our facilities to an existing industrial park in Wuppertal – Varresbeck. The modernized buildings are offering a controled production in air conditioned circumstances and boost our quality. The philosophy is tailored textile fabrics which are fit for purpose, efficient and developped to the customer requirements.
