Company profile	Fordura Germany was created in Radebeul in 1982, by Forrest Brothers (J. Forrest and H. Forrest) with name of Forrest Brothers Manufacturing GmbH in their small family workshop, which actually was a car garage. We changed our company name to: FORDURA Recycling Tools Germany GmbH. In the year of 1995, the company name changed into Fordura Recycling Tools Germany GmbH. Over the years, Fordura has become one of the world’s leading blades & knives manufacturers in this market. The name Fordura, originating from “Forrest” and “Durability”, encapsulates the company’s mission – to make durable industrial blades and to strive for the durability of the company, its clients, and its partners. With more than 40 years of experience in blades manufacturing, Fordura holds an impressive amount of metallurgical knowledge and is adept at improving steel quality for the forging of knives.
