We manufacture and supply high-end LED Chips and LEDs ranging from 255 nm (UV) up to 1750 nm (IR) for various demands of output power. Apart from standard packages like 3 mm and 5 mm LEDs and a vast variety of SMDs, we also integrate and cap our bare dies in hermetically sealed TO-cans. Our clean rooms are designed for medium scale serial productions as well as small serial productions of customized arrays and modules.

• UV LEDs for UV curing, biomedical analyzers or sanitizing equipment, with an outstanding degradation stability and high efficiency

We support our customers from their first idea to develop a prototype all the way to serial production of their customized multi-chip SMDs or LED modules.
