Company profile	Renowned manufacturer and dealer of industrial valves and valve technology, ARMATUREN-WOLFF is known for reliability, quality, flexibility and service. Since its foundation in 1945, the company based in maritime hub of Hamburg has been in possession and management of the Wolff family, and always put an emphasis on providing “the little extra” more to its customers. The board of directors as well as a qualified, motivated and experienced team – both in Hamburg and our Indian joint venture – commit themselves to continously give proof of the good reputation of the company. While having started out as a trading business, AW has developped into a flexible and customer-focused manufacturer of valve technology and solution-provider for pipeline equipment, so that nowadays the products of our own scope of development and production represent the largest part of our business. Our team consists of ~25 technicians, engineers, production and warehouse workforce as well as administrative staff
Products & Services	Our core competency lies in the following four product groups: – Quick-closing valve systems: Systems for the remote-controlled shut-off of fuel lines in case of an emergency, consisting of valves as well as the control technology. Remote control by pneumatic, hydraulic, manual and – a truly unique option offered only by our company – ELECTRIC energy. The design is type-approved by almost all the biggest class societies. – Filtration: Main seawater filters, mud boxes, filters for the filtration of various liquids mainly on board of seagoing ships. – tramistec(R) Flexible Reach Rods: Devices for manual remote control of valves, especially in places difficult to access – Valve chests: Space-saving combination of valves in one unit, available in various forms and for all kinds of remote or manual control Furthermore, we provide specifically designed valve solutions and manage project scope supplies of valves and corresponding pipeline equipment.
References and export activities	We regularly make supplies to shipyards in Germany and in other European countries, as well as China, USA and Scandinavia. Business in other international regions changes. Among our sales references are demanding solutions for cruise vessels, Navy vessels, submarines, megayachts, unmanned offshore units and non-standard. All class and other relevant certificates are available or can be arranged. We are certified ISO 9001:2015.
Target group	Main customers are shipyards, and in these, the most important contacts are technicians, engineers, designers. In some areas, we do business through local sales partners, and we are indeed very open to finding sales partners in Brasil, too.
